Optimist lessons

Sailing in an optimist

Come sail during optimist lessons. The optimist is a stable youth sailing boat, very suitable for teaching young children to sail safely. Sailing skills are taught in a playful manner: rigging and unrigging, steering, tacking, jibbing, sail handling, everything is covered.

Optimist lessons are for children aged 7 to 12. The optimist lessons consist of 4 sessions of 2 hours each. In the morning from 10.00-12.00 hrs or in the afternoon from 13.00-15.00 hrs. There are 6 to 10 boats sailing during the lessons; 1 or 2 children sit in each optimist and 2 instructors are present.

Taking valuables with you is not recommended.
