Today you will learn to wrench with your boat and how to rig up the optimist. You are already starting to sail on the harbour area of De Kuilart, will sail an 8 shape and will learn how to come about. At the end of the class we will collect all material so you will also learn how to unrig the boat.
Today you will do the rig up of the boat yourself and are you will go sailing around buoys, in a race-course. Also, you will learn how the boat goes forward because of the wind, but be careful for the gybe!
On this day you will start to learn the sailing even better, by doing it more and more it starts to get easier. With good weather we might even capsize!
