The Water Villa XL (Type 4) is a detached villa with direct view over the water. The villa has a cosy living room with contemporary design and is fully equipped. The view outside will be sure to make your holiday very special! The Water Villa XL distinguishes itself from the Water Villa (Type 3) by means of the extra space; a fourth bedroom and a dormer window.

Layout of the Water Villa XL

The Water Villa XL has one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. The spacious living room with lots of daylight and waterview, has a modern radiance. There are patio doors to the terrace. A large open kitchen with complete inventory: a dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave combination and coffeemaker. Furthermore, the house is equipped with a TV. On the first floor are three bedrooms with single beds (blankets and pillows are provided). A bathroom with bath-tub and shower cubicle and a separate toilet.

Dogs

We welcome dogs at the park! At Water Vila XL 34 until 40 one dog is allowed per accommodation. The other houses are pet free. Dogs are not allowed on the chairs, couches and the beds in the accommodation. If looking for a nice place to walk your dog, check our Dog Policy.

Holiday Park De Kuilart uses KPN Hotspots. Per accommodation you will receive one Wi-Fi code for the maximum persons allowed in the accommodation. Extra Wi-Fi codes can be bought at the reception.
