8 persons private villa at the waterfront

Besides our own accommodation we also rent out one private villa. This villa is located on the Waterpark de Stringen, just next to Holiday Park De Kuilart.

Description 8 persons villa

This is a detached watervilla with a large sunny garden around the house, diverse terraces and a pier directly to open water. The villa has a cosy living room with large windows and patio doors towards the terrace. The living room offers a beautiful view over the water and the sunset in Friesland.

Layout of the 8 persons villa

The villa has two bedrooms on the ground floor, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. The large living room, with lots of light and privacy, has a modern radiation. There is an open kitchen with a large dining table and full inventory: dishwasher, two fridges with freezer compartment, microwave combination, coffeemaker and cooker. Furthermore there is a TV with DVD-player and of course Wi-Fi.

On the first floor are two bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with single beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Sheets and pillows are provided. Garden furniture and sun shade are also available. At the pier there is the possibility to harbour your own boat (max. 8 m., depth about 1.20 m.). 

Dogs

Dogs are welcome at our park! In Villa 19 is one dog allowed, other houses are pet-free. Dogs are not allowed on the couches, chairs and the beds. If looking for a nice place to walk your dog, check our Dog Policy.

Prices and periods

The prices per week in 2022 for the 8-persons WaterVilla vary between € 560,00 and €1.455,00. These prices are excluding the end cleaning (€ 80,00) and the touristtax (€ 1,25 per person, per night)
